All return requests must be processed on our website via your customer account. Please do not ship any items back to us without receiving prior approval.

Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Items and packaging must be undamaged.


Warranty items must be returned within 6 months of purchase date.

Closeout items are not eligible for return.


All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless it was a shipping error on our behalf or a warranty issue we handle in-house.


All items will incur a 15% restock fee unless the item was a shipping error on our behalf or a manufacturer defect that we handle in-house.


Please allow 14 business days for the credit to be applied to your account once the items have arrived to our warehouse.


Third part sellers are not eligible for returns unless warranty related.
